The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case wherein processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that co-accused Kripashankar Rai agreed to transfer a land in favour of the complainant for consideration of Rs.1,22,000/- out of which Rs.1,02000/-was paid, but at the time of getting sale deed registered Kripashankar escaped from the scene and has not returned the money. The petitioner is alleged to be mediator. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Buxar in connection with Complaint Case No. 1146(C) of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
