JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-02-2017 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, prayer is that the Court below may be directed to take steps for reconciliation between the parties as the case is under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 is also appearing, who assures that opposite party no. 2 would make herself available for reconciliation.
In a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code the chance of reconciliation is always open. If the parties approach the Court below with prayer for reconciliation. The Court below shall take all endeavour for amicable settlement. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Complaint Case No. 910 of 2010 pending in the Court of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas at Sasaram.
