Patna High Court MJC No.2213 of 2022(3) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 reasoned order dated 15.12.2022, whereby and whereunder it has been stated that the final payment has already been made.

We are satisfied that the order of this Court dated 06.07.2022 has been complied with, hence the present petition stands dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 15.12.2022, in case it is aggrieved by the same.
