JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that she induced away the informant on pretext of attaining some feast and facilitated coaccused Islam Ansari to ravish her. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that that co-accused Islam Ansari was declared juvenile and during trial of co-accused the informant deposed that she was never been ravished nor she was ever medically examined. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.32462 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
