2. The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 14.07.2017 passed by the Collector, Banka, in Appeal Case No.45 of 2015-16 whereby the appeal of the petitioner was rejected.
3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the order passed in appeal has arisen relating to selection of Aanganwari Sevika from the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2352 of 2018(4) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 advertisement made in the year 2012 on the basis of notification/guidelines of Aanganwari Sevika and Sahayika, 2011. Learned counsel further submits that the fresh appointment of Aanganwari Sevika has been made in the year 2015 by virtue of fresh advertisement on which the newly selected Aanganwari Sevika is working.
4. In this view of the matter, it transpires to this Court that the present writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, it is dismissed as infructuous.
