The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 01 of 2005, registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected twice lastly on 12.04.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3291 of 2017 with observation that petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that the charge has been framed on 04.07.2017 against the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.41498 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J-IX, Patna in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.01 of 2005 (S.T. No. 230 (A) of 2008). Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
