JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 28-03-2017 The grievance of the petitioner pertains to improper implementation of a non-statutory guidelines with regard to various constructions work undertaken by the Nagar Panchayat. The guidelines, in question, breach of which is complained of in the writ petition, is not a statutory guidelines and, therefore, for enforcing such a non-statutory guidelines and for its breach, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. Petitioner may bring these facts to the notice of the competent authority, in-charge for implementation of the scheme and it would be for the competent authority to look into the matter.
