2. The regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 48037 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is renewing his prayer on the fresh ground that one witness examined during the trial, but he did not make any specific allegation against the petitioner.

4. The learned trial court is directed to expedite the case and shall take all endeavors to dispose of the case within a period of nine months. If the trial is not concluded within the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65065 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 stipulated period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

5. The trial court shall not defer the examination of the witnesses. The witness produced by the prosecution shall be examined and cross-examined on the same day.

6. The learned trial court shall not fix a date of more than seven days, subject to the holidays and vacations.

7. Let a copy of this order be made available to the Superintendent of Police, Banka. He is made responsible to produce the witnesses in the Court.

8. With these observations/directions, this petition is disposed of.
