The petitioner seeks regular bail in Main P.S. Case No.46 of 2016 for the offence under Section 366(A) of I.P.C. Allegation as per the F.I.R. against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor girl of the informant.The victim girl has stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. is that she is aged 17 years and she was taken by the petitioner to provide a job to her but he has not provided any job to her. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 19.04.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.39184 of 2017 (2) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 circumstances, as state above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. VI, Gaya, in Main P.S. Case No.46 of 2016 subject to the conditions that one of the bailers should be a local person having sufficient immovable properties within the jurisdiction of the court and he will cooperate in the trial and appear before the court on each and every date fixed in the case, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
