JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467,468,469,471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioners applied for being appointed as teacher in Primary School claiming to have qualified in the Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test whereas the petitioners never qualified at the said test. This fact got verified by the authorities.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner were never appointed in pursuance to the said application and non grant of bail to the petitioners who are ladies

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33371 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 will jeopardize their future career.

Considering the fact that petitioner were not appointed ultimately and are ladies, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
