JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order contained in Memo No.729 dated 07.09.2011 (Annexure-3) passed in Case No.222/2010 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Jamui, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
Patna High Court CWJC No.25131 of 2013 (3) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. If so advised, he may file an application for interim relief within a period of 10 days from the date of filing of appeal. The said application of the petitioner will be disposed of within a period of 10 days from the date of filing of such application. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
