The petitioner is an applicant for compassionate appointment and his application has been acted upon but for nonsubmission of certain relevant documents as intimated to him vide order bearing Memo No.338 dated 6.4.2016 issued under the signature of the District Commandant, Bihar Homeguard, Saran at Chapra placed at Annexure 'B' to the counter affidavit that the exercise could not be completed.

The responsibility entirely lies with the petitioner to satisfy

Patna High Court CWJC No.2787 of 2016 dt.10-01-2018 the request of the District Commandant as present in the letter bearing Memo No.338 dated 6.4.2016 which requires the petitioner to produce the certificate relating to his educational qualification, residential certificate, caste certificate, non-employment certificate and character certificate and other certification which order placed on record vide Annexure 'B' has not been responded by the petitioner through rejoinder to inform whether or not he has satisfied the District Commandant, Bihar Homeguard, Saran at Chapra.

In the circumstances, no direction can be issued on the relief prayed because it is on the failure of the petitioner to discharge the responsibility of producing the documents as directed in the letter dated 6.4.2016 which has led to the present situation. The default is entirely attributable to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of.
