Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2016 in connection with Forbisganj P.S. Case No. 246 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been rejected by this Court with observation that the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been considered after framing of charge. Now, charges have been framed in this case, which is evident from supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
