JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners no. 2 to 5 apprehend arrest in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 436, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the informant accidentally came in contact with fire while cooking. The informant in her restatement has stated the fact that she accidentally came in contact with fire while cooking. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.40146 of 2017(3) dt.31-10-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners no. 2 to 5, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
