The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 99 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated six co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 37219 of 2022 vide order dated 29.09.2022, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application.
