Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Three persons robed to the informant and they were identified by name as they were calling each other. Submission is that the petitioner has been remanded in this case on 01.07.2019 from some other case and thereafter he was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation of the case nor any incriminating article was recovered from possession of the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid especially the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner for the purpose of consideration of this application, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60278 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jehanabad Rail Police Station Case No. 44 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
