2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 423 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 148, 188, 290, 153(A), 295, 295(A), 296, 337, 338, 307, 332, 333, 353, 427, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to allegation, at the time of immersion of effigy of Goddess Durga, the accused persons named in the FIR created chaos, misbehaved with the police personnel and also created hindrance in discharge of their duties.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent and on similar footing,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62676 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 a number of co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially the clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 423 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
