JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner claims appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika, the remedy for her will be only before the departmental authority and in case the District Programme Officer has not been responding to the representation of the petitioner, the petitioner can move the Collector of the District for redressal of the grievance. This application obviously for the time being is misconceived.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, is allowed to withdraw this case and move the Collector of the District for redressal of grievance of the petitioner. In case the petitioner does
