2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 (2), 115, 109, 352, 351 (3) and 3 (5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has fired due to which Pramukh Kumar has received one gun shot injury in his finger.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that on perusal of the injury report, it will transpire that Pramukh

No.62750 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 Kumar has received one lacerated wound on his right finger and the doctor has opined that it was caused by hard and blunt substance and the nature of injury is simple in nature. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 29.05.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail stating that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 314 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM- III, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran.
