No. 39349 of 2014 for extending the period of surrender as the petitioner could not surrender in time.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended for further two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. However, no further extension of time will be granted. The order dated 21.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39349 of 2014 stands modified to the extent indicated above. Let the order be transmitted through fax to the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2013 at the cost of the petitioner.
