Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 10.10.2015 coaccused Manjesh Yadav threatened the husband of the informant, demanded extortion of Rs. 2,00,000/-. The husband of the informant communicated this fact to her. Thereafter Manoj Yadav again gave threaten by different mobile phone to the husband of the informant. On 19.10.2015

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6700 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 Manoj Yadav came to the house of the informant and demanded mobile number of her husband. Then the informant conveyed that his brother Manoj Yadav used to demand of extortion. It is further alleged that on 12.10.2015 the petitioner came at the house of the informant and asked that Manoj Yadav is calling her, thereafter she went to her house and found Manoj Yadav was sitting there and talking with Manjesh Yadav and he asked for the extortion money, otherwise they wll kidnap her son. The petitioner again came to the house and asked her to accompany her, then the informant handed over Rs. 60,500/- in the hand of the petitioner. The petitioner threatened her not to disclose the incident to anyone.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has maliciously been roped in the present case. The petitioner is a lady and having no criminal antecedent. The thrust of accusation is against Manjesh Yadav and Manoj Yadav.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sri S. Uraon, A.C.J.M.-III, Begusarai.
