The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 585 of 2018 (G.R. No. 2443 of 2018), registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. From perusal of Memo No. 688 dated 19.07.2018, it appears that the District Cooperative Officer had directed for lodging the FIR only against
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63092 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 Shri Raj Kumar Singh. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Samastipur in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 585 of 2018 (G.R. No. 2443 of 2018) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) S.Katyayan/- U T
