2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.08.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52447 of 2023 whereby the petitioner has been granted regular bail. But due to typographical error in the bail application the name of court below, where the said case is pending has wrongly been typed as " learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai" in place of "Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni".

3. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of parties, order dated 23.08.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52447 of 2023 is modified to the extent that the case is pending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69705 of 2023(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 before "Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni". The rest part of order dated 23.08.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52447 of 2023 shall remain the same.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed with the modification as above.
