This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gurua P.S. Case No.232 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 308(5) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

Naxals were demanding levy and one Rahul Kumar was identified by the informant. The name of the petitioner has come in the case on the basis of self-inculpatory statement of said Rahul Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2025.

Considering the aforesaid facts as well as the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
