The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 122 of 2022 registered under Sections 414 and 3/11 of the Animal Cruelty Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the basis of the suspicion, the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66589 of 2022(2) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Patna City, Patna in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 122 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
