ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.157 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 342, 366A and 496/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 10 of POSCO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out and out a frivolous allegation has been made against the petitioners alleging that the husband of petitioner No.1 had put Sindur on the forehead of the victim girl. The said fact has also been repeated by the victim girl in her statement under Section

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7116 of 2016 (3) dt.16-05-2016 2/2 164 Cr.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegations made, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.157 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
