Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2022 lodged under Sections 394, 411 of the I.P.C. read with Section 25 (1-b)a/ 26/ 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, from the content of the F.I.R., it transpires that 3 persons was said to committed offence under Sections 394, 411 of I.P.C. read with Arms Act. But upon robbery, the person who was subject to robbery, has taken effort and caught one person namely, the present petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 2

Counsel further submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 03.06.2022. Charge-sheet has been submitted as well as charge has also been framed in this case. Counsel submits that examination of the prosecution witness is going on.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within 6 months.

With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
