Petitioner being husband is accused of offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code vide Parsauni P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014.

In the light of the observation of this Court in the order dated 02.07.2015 (Annexure-1), the prayer for bail has been renewed. It is stated that the Court has granted liberty to renew prayer for bail.

From the impugned order, it appears that two prosecution witnesses have been examined on behalf of the prosecution. Steps have also been taken to ensure examination of other witnesses. The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2014. Considering the nature of the allegations and other

No.39966 of 2017(2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 materials reflected from the record, this Court, while disallowing the prayer for bail, disposes of the application by the following order:- let the Trial Court endeavour and examine the remaining prosecution witnesses within 07 months from the date of receipt/communication of the order failing which the petitioner shall have liberty to renew prayer for bail in the Court below itself which shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law uninfluenced by the present order.
