JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 140 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the informant, who is the victim, has disclosed the name of 11 persons as detailed in the F.I.R. and not disclosed the name of this petitioner, but later on, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed in course of investigation. It is further submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as he is the family members of the named accused persons. Further submission that co-accused, Ram Janak Rai and Ram

No. 29860 of Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani, in connection with Benipatti P.S.
