Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 546 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 45 liters of nepali country made wine is alleged to have been seized.

The petitioner is in custody since 2.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
