ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-06-2022 Heard counsel for the petitioner, Sri Upendra Prasad and Sri Aditya Narayan Singh, learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 186 of 2021 lodged under Sections 398, 402, 411,34 of I.P.C. and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.
As per the F.I.R., the recovery was of a country made desi katta from the body of the petitioner. Upon demand, petitioner could not produced any documents relates to his arms. Petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2021. There is one criminal case pending against him in which he is on bail. In the above facts and circumstances and considering the period of custody as well as this aspect that the charge sheet has already been submitted in this case, I am hereby inclined to grant bail to this petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S.
