It has been submitted that operation of the order dated 21.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc.No.12689 of 2014 has not been given effect because the accounts are frozen. The Petitioner is ready to give all kinds of sureties for operating the accounts. In such circumstances, the Court below i.e. Special Judge, Vigilance, 1st, Patna, is directed to pass necessary orders in Special Case No.30 of 2013 with regarding to de-freezing the accounts.

It goes without saying that all operation of the bank

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38766 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 accounts will be subject to the final out come of the case. The application stands disposed off.
