The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 48 bottles each containing 180 ml Indian made foreign liquor from the hut situated in front of the house of late Hiraman Mahto. On seeing the police party, one person succeed to flee away from the hut. The villagers present there identified the person who succeeded to flee away as Raju Mahto (petitioner).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
