In this case, bail application was allowed on 19.9.2022 vide Cr. Misc. No. 36540 of 2022.

Now, the modification petition has been filed stating that erroneously in the bail application instead of "Bidupur Case No. 422 of 2020" in the prayer portion it was typed as "Mahua P.S. Case No. 422 of 2020".

Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that it was due to mistake on behalf of his clerk.

Taking into account the aforesaid averment, the order dated 19.9.2022 is modified to the following extent: Let in the prayer portion of the order dated 19.9.2022

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2562 of 2023(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 "Bidupur P.S. Case No. 422 of 2020" be read instead of "Mahua P.S. Case No. 422 of 2020".

With the aforesaid modification, the Cr. Misc. No. 2562 of 2023 stands allowed.
