2. The petitioner was aggrieved by non-payment of arrears of pension of his father for various periods and had also sought interest.
3. It appears that the grievance of the petitioner with regard to such payment has been redressed. However, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13608 of 2015 dt.22-05-2017 2/2 petitioner submitted that appropriate interest has not been paid.
4. Having considered the matter, once the principal dues of the father of the petitioner have been paid to him along with interest, the Court is not inclined to go into the matter of grant of further interest.
