The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 14.05.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 15216 of 2015 with a direction that the petitioner shall surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order but the petitioner did not surrender for the reasons best known to him and after a lapse of three months, the petitioner has filed this petition for extension of time of his surrender.

I do not find any reason for extension of time because of the petitioner has committed negligence with any plausible cause. Accordingly, this application for extending the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38381 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is dismissed.

If the petitioner surrenders in the court below, the court below shall consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner taking into consideration the fact that earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court and dispose of the bail petition of the petitioner on the same day.
