JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-08-2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that he was entitled to salary as a regular employee as he was in the permanent employment. The order dated 21.07.2017 issued by the Cane Commissioner is assailed on the ground that it holds that the petitioner is not entitled to salary as a regular employee. The order dated 15.05.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7235 of 2017 only required the Cane Commissioner to dispose off the petitioner's claim. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, the appropriate remedy is available in other proceedings. The correctness of the order passed by the Cane Commissioner is not an issue which
