2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection registered under Sections 147, 148, 441 , 325 , 441 , 337, 338 , 323, 307, 353, 332, 333 , 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .

As per prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , informant got an information regarding road accident due to which road was blocked and upon the said information , informant along with other police official arrived at the place of occurrence and tried to pacify the matter, in the

4. In view of nature of accusation , and the fact that some police personnel sustained injury , this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
