The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 210 bottles each containing 300 ml, i.e., total 63 litres of Nepali Soufi wine were allegedly recovered from the sack which was being carried on head by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 10.05.2017. Case No. 222 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
