04.09.2015 The Petitioners are aggrieved with the order dated 21.07.2015 by which the Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur has transferred S.T. Case No. 331 of 2014 from the Court of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia, Bhagalpur to 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia, Bhagalpur. It is submitted that the said order was passed without hearing the Petitioners.

Since the Petitioners had not appeared such transfer is undesirable. The 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachhia, Bhagalpur is directed to proceed hearing the argument and conclude the trial positively within a period of thirty working days from the date of receipt of this order.

The Application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
