Patna High Court MJC No.3159 of 2024 dt.04-04-2025 2/2 confirming the order passed in L.P.A. No. 249 of 2014. If the petitioner is aggrieved by non-compliance of order passed in L.P.A. No. 249 of 2014 or any other order passed in writ petition, he has remedy of filing Contempt of Court petition in accordance with law. Therefore, the petitioner has not made out a case for Contempt of Court in the light of the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in M.J.C. No. 910 of 2021.

2. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. No. 3159 of 2024 / contempt petition stands dismissed.
