Learned counsel for the University has handed over a Cheque bearing no. 036678 dated 25.08.2015 of an amount of Rs. 3,33,826/- to learned counsel for the petitioner. It is submitted that the same is with regard to the remaining 60% of arrears of pension pursuant to the 6th pay revision. In view of the aforesaid, it is agreed at the Bar that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

However, in case the petitioner does not find that all admissible dues have been paid, he will be at liberty to file a representation before the respondents no. 2 and 3. If such representation is filed within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the same shall be looked into and if it
