JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 18-10-2016 Writ application is dismissed for the simple reason that on a wishy-washy kind of pleadings and documents the whole issue is not required to be investigated and gone into, especially when the examination in question is related to the year 2011 and the appointment thereafter has already been made. Prima facie there seems to be mismatch of the paper which the petitioner has offered and sat in the examination and what is being claimed now and there is no evidence.
