The writ petitioner has questioned his order of suspension passed on 11.9.2012 by the District Panchayat Raj Officer but when the matter is taken up for consideration Mr. Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner, informs that the petitioner has deceased and thus, the issue raised has been rendered infructuous.
