There is onus upon the petitioner also to establish his case with authentic materials and evidence and he can help the University authorities to come to a conclusion provided an honest assistance is given even at this stage.

The petitioner is willing to do so even now as is the prayer of the counsel.

Let the Vice Chancellor give him yet another opportunity in this regard and pass yet another order thereafter depending upon the inputs and the materials.
