Accordingly, the same is disposed of.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55617 of 2015. The counsel for petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4 confines the prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let the period of surrender with regard to petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4 be extended by two weeks from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8390 of 2016 (2) dt.24-02-2016 2/2 receipt/production of the copy of this order in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 412 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga. The aforesaid order stands modified to the extent as indicated.

With the above observation, modification application is, accordingly, disposed off.
