JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 16-04-2018 From the show cause filed by the respondents it is seen that in the premises of Sadar Hospital, Ara, there was a boundary wall and for removal of water logging in the area a drainage has already been constructed.

Keeping in view the same, no further action is required to be taken in the present case. In case, the petitioner has any grievance still subsists, liberty shall be granted to the petitioner to initiate fresh proceedings in accordance with law.
