ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.3.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 1592 of 2015.

It has been submitted that the husband (Petitioner No. 3) has been required to deposit Rs.500/- + 750/- in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 in an application for anticipatory bail/quashing application respectively, even while, the case was sent for Trial.

The Petitioner No. 3 submits that he is not in a position to pay such huge amount.

Be that as it may, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18244 of 2016 (3) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 Rs.750/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 till further orders.

The order dated 26.3.2015 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Application stands allowed.
