2. On 08.03.2018, learned counsel for the University had taken a stand that the admitted amount which has been found admissible and payable to the petitioner of Rs. 84,000/- was in the process of being paid and the same would be done within one month and, thus, the case was adjourned for today.

3. Learned counsel has submitted that the cheque for the amount has already been issued but he has no instructions whether it has been received by the petitioner. On a query of the Court to learned counsel for the petitioner, with regard to the position today, he informed that the cheque has not been received by him.

4. In view thereof, let learned counsel for the University ensure that the cheque of the petitioner is handed over to him, if already not done, within one week from today.

5. Learned counsel for the University submitted that the cheque is sent to the college concerned from where it has to be credited to his account.

6. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to ensure that the payment is credited into the account of the petitioner, if already not done, within one week from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.

7. The petitioner shall also be provided detailed chart of payments made to him under each head within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before respondent no. 3. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) P. Kumar AFR/NAFR U
