The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about ten years of marriage by causing burn injury. It is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner being a doctor first treated the victim and then referred her to Muzaffarpur.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38806 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 2/2 petitioner that maliciously the petitioner has been roped in the present case and on conclusion of the investigation final form was submitted under Sections 306 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the entire facts, the in-laws of the victim have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 17149 of 2015.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 483 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
